Dear Vendors, 

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE SEVERAL IMPORTANT CHANGES.

It’s time to prepare for the 2023 Gibtown Bike Fest, Jan. 6-8. This year we have another EXCITING year lined up. Our main headliners this year are listed on our entertainment page. 

We are happy to have The Fran Haasch team to be our title sponsor.

Our vendors that took advantage of the new areas, last year, were very pleased and we would like to build that area with a few more vendors. In particular we would like to have a tire dealer, oil change tune up company, a dyno, anything having to do with the bike upgrades or accessories.

We hope to see all our vendors from the past return, any who missed last year, you missed a hugely successful year and we would like to welcome you back. When returning your contract, please give us as much information as possible about what you are selling. We don’t offer exclusives on any merchandise, but we also do not want to overload the festival with too many duplicate vendors.

We ARE looking for new vendors. We currently need vendors of motorcycle parts and accessories. Or vendors of new, different products. 

For our indoor Vendors on the main Aisle. In the past we have often been able to give extra footage to some vendors. Due to the amount of requests, from vendors, to be placed on the main aisle, we WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE AWAY ANY SPACE!
PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

We lay our walkways out 20 ft. wide. If you place racks or displays outside of your assigned areas, you are causing problems with our walkways. when one Vendor does it, and we don't catch it, it leads to other vendors following suit and suddenly our 20 ft. walkway is 10 or 12 feet wide and causing problems. We are setting a Zero tolerance policy for any displays or racks in walkways. You may place 1 folding sign as long as it is against your space. Please be cooperative with us on this, we really do NOT want to be the bad guy. If you need more space, rent it.

Time is of the essence. IF YOU WANT THE SAME LOCATION, DO NOT WAIT TO GET YOUR CONTRACT IN. Take notice of CHANGE of date, for early registration, to NOVEMBER 21, 2022.

YOUR LOCATION IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL YOU ARE PAID IN FULL!! WE START ASSIGNING LOCATIONS DECEMBER 1. You must be paid in full by 1 Dec. 2022 to guarantee your spot.

Register early=SAVE MONEY. First contracts in do get the best locations.

Camping will again be available, and again limited to first come first served, if you desire a spot, reserve in advance. Call the Club office at 813-677-3590, for more information. There is also a new Extended Stay America being built at the Gibsonton Drive/ I-75 interchange, that will be open. This is approximately 3.7 miles from the Club.
